A Focus mode should feel like one decision, not four devices catching up.

The problem
Focus is one of the most thoughtful systems Apple has shipped, and it still frays at the edges. Watch faces, Lock Screen filters, Home screens, and notification allowances do not always arrive together. The result is a feature people love in theory and second-guess in practice.
The proposal
Treat a Focus as a single iCloud document with a clear sync state. When Sleep or Work turns on, every device should acknowledge it within a second and show what still needs to catch up. Watch complications and Control Center should expose that state without opening Settings.
Who it helps
Parents, on-call people, and anyone who already trusts Focus enough to notice when it lies.
