Developers rewrite the same TestFlight notes every week. Testers lose the thread. The What to Test field is ephemeral in a way that does not match how software is actually reviewed.
The proposal
Let a TestFlight group keep a living changelog, pin a build’s notes, and carry forward a template. Testers should be able to reply to a specific note, not only a crash.
